Standard Delivery Information

• All parcels are posted first class via the Royal Mail, so should be delivered within 2-4 days of being posted.

• As Aimee Lou Creations is a small business run solely by myself, orders will only be packaged and posted Monday to Friday.

• Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order.

• I currently only offer delivery to addresses in the UK, but if you are based elsewhere and would like to place an order, use the contact form on the home page to inquire and I can calculate a shipping cost for you.

Derby Collection

If you are local to Derby, and would like to collect your order, please select the 'Free Local Collection' shipping option. If you select this option, I will contact you as soon as possible after I receive your order to confirm and arrange collection. If you are unable to collect and later request that your order is posted to you, you will be expected to pay the full necessary delivery cost via PayPal.

Covid-19 Update: This option is still available, and necessary measures, such as hand sanitising and distancing, will be followed as required.
