Work undertaken as second year a design project at the University of Huddersfield.

 

The Bacchae, originally a Greek play, tells the story of Greek God Dionysus, and his followers, the bacchae. Having studied a contemporary version of the text, my brief required me to design costumes for a contemporary film, either set in the present, or in a historical period based upon research of films made within the last 10 years.

I chose to set my film in the 60s, with Mods as a key theme.
